The following Terms and conditions apply to all bookings made on this website. Please take a moment to read them before making a Booking.

In these Terms and conditions the following definitions apply:

“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our” means BookingTransfer.me
“Customer” means the person who pays for the Booking.
“Passengers” means all passengers named and unnamed on the Booking.
“Lead passenger” means the first passenger named on the Booking.
“You” and “your” means any customer, including all passengers (or any of them as applicable) named on a Booking.
“The Transport Operator” or “Supplier” means the professional transport service provider that will perform the transfer.
“Booking” means the booking for transfer services made with us.
“Transfer service” means any service provided by us for the carriage of passengers by road and includes any other service provided by us relating to or incidental to that carriage.
“Transfer Voucher”, “Booking Voucher”, “Voucher” means the written confirmation of the Booking we will send to you by email.
“Contract” means the Booking and these Terms, and any other terms and conditions stated to apply to the Booking.
“Terms” means these terms and conditions.
“Website”, “Websites” means www.bookingtransfer.me or any other website owned or operated by us.

Before requesting a service offered on our Website you should ensure that you have read and understood these Terms, as they will govern any subsequent Contract. By making a Booking, you confirm you have read these Terms and have the legal capacity to accept them on behalf of yourself and all the Passengers. If you do not understand any of the Contract conditions, we strongly recommend that you contact Customer Service before proceeding with any booking.

If the reservation is made by an agency, or any other person acting on your behalf, it is considered to be acting as an agent of all passengers who use the service as well as yourself. You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions as well as other information contained on the website.

If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms, regrettably you may not make a booking with us.

ABOUT US

We provide transport management services, for individuals and groups. We trade as "Bookingtransfer.me", of which is property of Go Montenegro Ltd. company registered in Montenegro with VAT: 03042120 and registration number 050727332 at the Central Register of Commercial Court in Podgorica, Montengero.

For trading purposes, we have the telephone number (+382) 69 737 787, and operate through the following website: www.bookingtransfer.me with email address suppport@bookingtransfer.me. For the purpose of providing our service, we work with Transport Operators and Suppliers who deliver a professional Transfer Service for transporting people, or act as an agency with capacity to offer transport services, holding the relevant licences and permits required by national law for this activity.

NATURE AND SCOPE OF THE SERVICE

The transfer service is the rental of a vehicle with a driver by land or sea and it is impossible to guarantee the exact transfer route.

The vehicles shown on the page are illustrative in nature. We have the right to assign a larger vehicle or several vehicles of the same value to your transfer without prior notice.

You are responsible for checking the agreed pick-up time and ensuring arrival at the airport, station or port with sufficient time for check-in or other travel arrangements. The carrier will pick you up and leave you as close as possible to the given addresses. In case the access to the usual route is closed due to weather conditions, traffic accidents, etc., the carrier will, at your express request, use a longer route to reach the agreed destination, but in such cases, you will be responsible for any additional costs incurred if they occur.

ONLINE BOOKING PROCEDURE

To place an order you must follow the ordering procedures set out on the order page of our website. All orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance of your departure. It is your responsibility to ensure that both the pick-up and destination addresses that you, or someone on your behalf, have provided to us are complete and accurate. Correction of any errors made during the booking process will be subject to our Changes and Cancellations policy.

The person making the Booking must be at least 18 years of age and has the responsibility to follow the online booking process, ensure all the details provided are correct and complete and make full payment.

Upon entering into a contract with BookingTransfer.me the Company will undertake the necessary formalities to organise the requested services.

The contract becomes legally binding only when you have received your transfer voucher by email. In the event of the Transport Operator being unable to provide the requested services, you will be informed and reimbursed the full amount by the same method as the payment was made, leaving us with no further liability to you.

You are required to acknowledge all notifications we make to you. However, in the event that you fail to acknowledge receipt of an email, the records that exist on our email server shall be considered as proof of reception.

The act of us sending you the confirmation of charges and payments made by you shall not be considered as binding you to any contract.

The Transfer Vouchers which must be presented to the Transport Operator should be printed out so that each Voucher is readily available for inspection by the driver. Failure by the Lead Passenger to present the Voucher may result in the Transfer Service not being provided. We recommend that you print out and carry with you all communications between the parties in addition to the Transfer Vouchers.

Minors are strictly prohibited from seeking any service from us, and their parents, legal guardians or other persons responsible for them should contact us immediately should a minor make a Booking with the Company for the provision of a service in order to enable us to cancel the registration forthwith. Minors are not allowed to travel with us without an adult passenger in their company.

Disabilities and Medical Problems: If you or any member of your party has any medical problem or disability which may affect your transfer, please provide us with full details before we confirm your booking so that we can advise as to the suitability of your chosen arrangements if possible. Please inform us at the time of booking if any of the passengers are wheelchair users. Please also inform us as to whether the wheelchair is collapsible and the dimensions, so that we can ensure that the correct vehicle is booked to meet your needs.

Vehicle Type and description: please note when booking a transfer, this can be any type from a (limited) range of vehicles depending on destination, and we do not state the exact vehicle type you may receive.

CHILD SEATS

Please ensure that you are aware of the local legislation when travelling with children. In some destinations children must use appropriate child seats. You are responsible for correctly providing all the information of the passengers at the time of booking and in case of traveling with children choose the necessary extras to adapt to the legislation of the country where you have booked the service. In some cases, child seats extras are not free and must be paid by you at the time of booking. The Lead Party is responsible to check that the retention system is compatible with the vehicle and that it is correctly installed. BookingTransfer.me or our suppliers will not be responsible for any incident derived from misuse, or improper installation of the retention system. Own child seats or lifts can be used in some cases, you must inform us of this at the time the booking is made. We have to ensure that the vehicle used by the supplier is compatible with the retention system. Minibuses or coaches are used in some cases when travelling with big groups and in these vehicles, it is not possible to use child seats.

BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE

When choosing a vehicle, it is mandatory to take into account the amount and size of luggage. Permitted luggage per seat is one piece of medium size (56cm * 45cm * 25cm) and one piece of hand luggage. For example, if you have chosen an 8-passenger / 8-seater vehicle for a 4-passenger transfer, you are allowed to bring 8 medium suitcases and 8 pieces of hand luggage. For luggage of different dimensions, take into account the permitted amount of luggage and the number of passengers. If you cannot assess the appropriate vehicle for your transfer, please contact the Customer Support Department who will advise you on the most appropriate choice. If due to the appearance of more passengers on the transfer than specified in the reservation or more luggage, it is not possible to use the selected vehicle, it is mandatory to contact the Customer Support Department who will try to provide the appropriate vehicle for your transfer at the appropriate new price. If you agree to the price difference, we will send you an amended Confirmation. If you cancel the transfer due to the above, your reservation is subject to cancellation conditions within the last 24 hours.
The passenger will be responsible for any costs incurred in case of needing additional vehicles for the transport of oversized luggage.
The transport of luggage and other personal items is at your own risk and nor BookingTransfer.me or our supplier will be liable for any damages or losses.

WAITING TIME

The driver will be waiting for you at the place of departure at the time of transfer specified in the Confirmation. "Included" waiting time on your transfer is 60 minutes if the place of departure is the airport, or 15 minutes for all other departure points. "Free" waiting time is calculated from the time specified in your reservation or in accordance with flight arrival time. In case your flight is delayed, "free" time is added to the new landing time.
Additional waiting time must be requested by calling the Customer Support Department at the number provided in the Confirmation. It will be provided to you and confirmed by the Customer Support Department if it does not jeopardize the daily schedule of the Carrier. Additional waiting is charged per started hour from the time when the free waiting period expires and according to the following tariffs:

Vehicle type Standard car - Vehicles up to 4 passengers Minivan - Vehicles up to 8 passengers Minibus - Vehicles up to 15 passengers
Additional waiting time 15 EUR/1 hour 25 EUR/1 hour 40 EUR/1 hour

PAYMENT

We accept all widely used payment methods including credit card (AMEX, MasterCard/Visa) or bank transfer. The payment methods available for certain services are visible during the booking process. All payments will be effected in Montenegro currency (EUR). The charged amount on your credit card account is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. Please read our Payment Terms and Conditions.

AMENDMENTS

Booking amendments can be made free of charge up to 24 hours before the use of the first service contained in any booking confirmed by us. Changes made less than 24 hours prior to the use by you of the first service must be made directly by sending an email from the email address which you provided at the time of booking to suppport@bookingtransfer.me, quoting your booking reference number, lead passenger name and the changes you require. Amendments may result in extra charges and you must pay these charges prior to any changes being made. Amendments cannot be made changing to a different destination than that specified in your booking. Only extras, pick-up and drop-off hours can be amended. In general, and for most services, we do not charge for amendments or changes to your booking, although we reserve the right to do so in the event the amendment increases the price of you original booking.
Special Note: Amendments cannot be made to ‘bookings on the day’ orders and, in the event of cancellations, these bookings are non-refundable.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations must be made by sending an email to suppport@bookingtransfer.me.

For standard and minivan (up to 8 passengers) car class:

  • If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours prior to the date on which you use the first service confirmed in your booking: you are entitled to a refund of 100% of the total price.
  • For business or minibus (9-16 seats) car class:
  • If you cancel a reservation up to 5 days (120 hours) before the transfer time, you are entitled to a refund of 75% of the total price, 25% of the total price is retained as a cancellation fee
  • If you cancel your booking less than 5 days or 120 hours prior to the date on which you use the first service confirmed in your booking you will not be entitled to any refund.


In the event that you do not use the services for any reason and do not cancel the booking no refunds will be provided. All refunds will be debited to the original form of payment and account which is was used at the time you made the booking.

In case of Transfer Services to and from airports, if a Client’s flight has been postponed or rerouted to a different airport, the Client may change the ordered Service accordingly. While we commit to making a reasonable effort to accommodate such requests, the ordered changes may entail extra charges, or we may be unable to approve them. Cancelation requests made in these circumstances will not make you eligible for a refund.

Cancellations by us

In extraordinary cases, and if our supplier is forced to make a significant change in the conditions of service, or to cancel the service, we will make the necessary efforts to find viable alternatives to any confirmed reservation that we must cancel. If we are finally forced to cancel your reservation, you will be refunded the full amount of the reservation and this refund will cover all obligations towards the customer arising from such cancellation.

TRAVELER NO SHOW POLICY

A passenger no show is considered if the passenger did not show up at the place of departure at the time of transfer until the end of the included waiting time.
The driver will be waiting for you with a tablet or an inscription of the name of the passenger or the logo of our Company.
If your flight, train, bus or boat is delayed let us know as soon as you receive the information.
The place of departure is considered to be the address of departure in your reservation. For transfers departing from an airport, train station or bus station, the driver will be waiting for you on arrival according to your flight / train / bus number, or at the place of disembarkation. In case of impossibility to meet at the listed places, we will inform you by phone or e-mail and suggest a new nearest place of departure. That is why it is important that you provide us with the correct flight number, train, where your bus is coming from or the name of the ship or island you are coming from. Enter the name of your boat or island you are coming from, the bus or train in a note to the driver, when booking.
If you cannot find a driver, you are obliged to contact the Customer Support Department from the contact number on the reservation or by e-mail. In accordance with business practice, digital records from our servers will be considered as proof of the time of making phone calls.
In case that we are unable to establish contact with you within 15 (or 60 min if the departure point is the airport) from the time of departure via the contact number on the booking or by email, we will declare a no-show passenger. In accordance with established business practice, digital records from our servers will be considered proof of the time of telephone calls.
If, according to all the above, your service is declared a no show, you are not entitled to a refund.

PASSENGER CONDUCT

By formalizing this contract, you tacitly grant the company and the supplier the right to refuse service to any passenger who, according to the driver’s criteria, is:

  • under the influence of alcohol or drugs
  • those whose conduct may be considered dangerous to the driver of the vehicle, to third parties or to themselves.

Alcoholic beverages are not allowed in the supplier’s vehicles for consumption during the trip. This prohibition also applies to narcotics. Smoking or eating inside the vehicle is not allowed.

In case of a breach against a particular component of the agreed service, special conditions may be imposed on the passenger for the remaining duration of the service. Neither our company nor its partners can be held legally or financially liable for accidents, injuries, losses or damages caused by inappropriate passenger behaviour, which includes behaviour under the influence of substances of any kind, including prescription drugs and other medical devices.
If any passenger breaks or damages anything during the service, or if the passenger's behaviour necessitates unforeseen cleaning or maintenance of the vehicle, we, and the owner of the property in question, will hold the Passenger liable for compensation in accordance with damage reports and invoices issued by relevant organizations. Failure to meet payment deadlines can lead to additional costs incurred as a result of filing a lawsuit.

OUR RESPONSIBILITY

We act as a booking agent. As such, we accept no responsibility for the actual provision of services. Our responsibilities are limited to publishing information on our website about the Services the Suppliers supply; passing on reservation information to Suppliers and informing you of any enforced changes to the terms of your booking. We accept no responsibility for any information about the transfers that we pass on to you in good faith. We accept no liability for any illness, injury, death or loss of any kind. This includes loss, damage or theft of any luggage or personal belonging you or your party may be carrying. Any claim for loss, injury, illness or death should be pursued with the Supplier directly or may be covered under the terms of your insurance. We only accept liability to you for claims which arise solely as a result of our own negligence.
Descriptions of transfers provided are taken from information provided to us by the Supplier and we do not accept responsibility for any inaccuracies in such information, nor can liability be accepted for changes to facilities which are not communicated to us by the Supplier.
In the event that we are found liable to you on any basis whatsoever, our maximum liability to you is limited to twice the cost of your booking (or the appropriate proportion of this if not everyone on the booking is affected). We do not exclude or limit any liability for death or personal injury that arises as a result of our negligence or that of any of our employees whilst acting in the course of their employment.

FORCE MAJEURE

Force majeure means that neither we nor the Supplier will pay you compensation if we or the Supplier have to cancel or change any Service because of unforeseeable circumstances beyond our or the Supplier's control. These can include, but are not limited to, accidents and related delays, unplanned marches, demonstrations and organised disruption, police operations, unforeseen road hazards, terrorist activity and its consequences or the threat of such activity, riot, the act of any government or other national or local authority, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions or other similar events outside our or the Supplier's control.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

It is your responsibility to travel with the booking voucher which lists arrival instructions (which differ at each airport) and all of the relevant local contact numbers in the event of an emergency and local office reconfirmation hours and contact number. This is made clear on your booking voucher and on the website. Neither us, nor the Supplier, will accept any responsibility for any loss of Service or other loss should you not travel with your booking voucher.
If your flight is diverted, we recommend that you contact our 24 hour helpline as soon as possible as they may be able to assist you in finding alternative transfer arrangements. Please note that neither we nor the supplier will be liable to pay for such alternative arrangements. Subject to their terms and conditions, it is the responsibility of the airline to transport you to your original destination airport.

COMPLAINT

If you have any service issues upon your return, in relation to services booked with us, you should direct them to us via email at suppport@bookingtransfer.me We will liaise with the Supplier and endeavour to resolve all service issues within 28 days of notification.
Please note that any complaints must be received in writing within 28 days of the return booking date. (If an outbound transfer only - then within 28 days of this date).

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

We prohibit you from using or exploiting our websites or any part of their content for any purpose other than ordering our services. This includes any commercial or competitive purpose as well as the full or partial duplication of our content by any means, which in particular includes practices known under the English names of scraping and deep linking accomplished in any way, without our prior written consent.
Our websites are protected, as well as their entire content, by business and intellectual property rights, and are the exclusive property of Go Montenegro – Bookingtransfer.me.

PRIVACY

The Online Privacy Policy was developed to reaffirm our commitment to the information we collect from users on BookingTransfer.me. This policy covers the treatment that BookingTransfer.me gives data to identify a user; whether the data is collected directly on the website from other means of collection, such as customer service or phone calls. TRAVEL INSURANCE

It is your responsibility to ensure that the insurance cover you have purchased is suitable for your particular needs. We strongly advise you to read your insurance policy details carefully and to take them with you on your holiday.

ORIGINAL AND TRANSLATIONS (LANGUAGE INFORMATION)

The original of these General Terms and Conditions is in English. Our Customer Support Department will assist you using English or Montenegrin.

JURISDICTION

These General Conditions will be governed by the current Montenegrin legislation.
If any of the stipulations contained in these conditions of use is declared illegal, void or declared inapplicable by judicial decision, the rest of the stipulations will continue in full force and effect.
